Communications

-The Sonoma County Cagers encourages open communications between players, parents, coaches and directors.

-If a parent needs "clarification" on an issue please contact the coach or director with the issue.

-If a parent has a " concern" or is "unhappy" with a coaching decision, please wait 24 hours before discussing the issue.

-If a parent is not satisfied with concerns being addressed, concerns should be discussed with the Director

-Coaches should make every effort to communicate with parents about practice times, time changes, game schedules etc.

-Parents are encouraged to sign up for text message and e-mail notifications.  This is handled while registration.

-Parents should make every effort to NOT DISCUSS issues or concerns they are having in front of or to their student-athlete.
